A single tool that can bend lines of different diameters is a plus and would also prefer something USA made (if possible). Thanks. | | | | | Joined: Feb 2001 Posts: 41 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Feb 2001 Posts: 41 | Rigid 456. Does 3/16, 1/4, 5/16. I think they are still made in US. | | | | | Joined: Sep 2023 Posts: 45 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Sep 2023 Posts: 45 | | | | | | Joined: Sep 2009 Posts: 5,902 Gearhead, Stovebolt Tech and Parts Tracker, Mod for Swap Meet and GTT | | Gearhead, Stovebolt Tech and Parts Tracker, Mod for Swap Meet and GTT Joined: Sep 2009 Posts: 5,902 | Just a note that this conversation has been moved to the Tool Chest forum as it best fits there. Others may yet chime in to provide their knowledge and experience.

The less expensive ones can't make tight radius bends, which makes any pipe job look more professional. Imperial can make consistent, repeatable tight bends without collapsing the tube in the process. www.ebay.com/itm/276095457652?Just my opinion- - - -probably worth what it costs you to read it! Jerry

I have one that I believe I found on a Cornwell truck, that has similar diameters to the tool that Jerry shared. Super tight radiuses. Really make for a nice job.
Add a tubing straightener, buy tubing by the roll, and you can plumb from the rear axle all the way to the master without even thinking about buying a union!! | | |
