Does anyone know where a guy can get a set of wiper arm delete plates? I've seen them for other classics, but not the taskforce trucks. See pic below to get an idea of what i'm looking for. Thanks.
That looks like a press in cover for electrical boxes, with chrome plating. As long as the hole size is the same it should work. Although in your picture, it doesn't look like it covers up the locating notch in the hole. I have one of those (only in paint) that was in the cigarette lighter opening in the dash on my AD. It has spring fingers on the back like the picture.

As a new driver when I was a kid I took the 57 3100 for a drive and had the wipers off at the time. Cop had to find something to give me my first ticket for. Wipers are required safety equipment, better check that if your planning to drive on your states roads.
Kicking self for selling off my Taskforce trucks. Still looking for an LCF or conventional big bolt in decent shape.
