The shackle to frame bolts are 3/8 coarse thread x 1" long. Two per side with nuts and lockwashers. The same bolts between shackle and cab, but they screw into a nut plate that goes inside the cab. Lockwashers go under the bolt head. If you don't have the nut plate, you'll need to fabricate something, or use nuts and thick washers, as the nut plate reinforces the cab floor. Shown on Section 1, sheet 3.12 of the FAM. Unfortunately the bolt PN's don't show up correctly in the parts catalog to tell you the sizes.
