Drivers side "A" pillar is in temporarily and the door lines up good. But both new front fenders fit well but need to tilt down and back. New inner fenders almost seem too high. Its as low as it will go. I think I'll be OK if I can get the fenders tilted. There is about a 3/4 inch gap at the bottom of each door. Lines up good at the cowl. Everything is a repro excluding the doors. What is the best method to tilt these?

Just my perception, but it looks like your fenders are showing with a little "front nose - up" direction (too high in comparison to the cab/body).
Is your cab/body solidly mounted with correct spacing from the frame?
I think we may need more details on how your radiator core support and fender attachment there may be currently to offer more possible ideas.

The rad support is on the frame riser. There was a spacer, I took it out to lower the front some. The inner fender is at its lowest spot at the Rad support. Since I have removed the body and restored the frame. The body may be higher than it should. There are rubber spacer I put in when I sat the body/cab on the frame.

Both sides have the same fitting issue. Which could be related. They won`t meet the front shroud as it should. Its not off much though. But the drivers door is spot on. I plan to get my spacing from the door jamb forward and the cowl and hood down and forward. I am close.

Would this welder be any good for this type of work?
Looks like a flux core wire feed welder. You really should use a MIG welder for sheet metal work. I used a Lincoln Handy MIG for all my sheet metal stuff. Runs on 120V and rated at 90A (I think.) That's plenty for thin sheet metal.
