Question of the day is, would someone be in the mood to sell or just plane unload one? I have a young fella who will be at Winchester with us who is interested in getting his hands on one.

Seen 'em launched tree-top level. Shooting anvils dates back to Colonial times as something to do at the community barbeque when things get boring. Whoever made the anvil fall back closest to the launch spot was the winner... Pass the jug!

Find a chunk of RR track and let him start with that. Good anvils bring top dollar these day. If you can find one for under 5 bucks a pound, you better buy it!

That vendor had a few railroad track anvils and a 100# 1893 Fisher that he was asking $850.00 for. Went up to the flea market on Friday morning first thing and he was able to buy one. Thank you | | |
