I need a 2 pully damper for my GMC270. i thought i read on here some time ago that a chevy 250 and or 292 will work. i searched but couldn't find anything. can someone confirm this. I have found a couple but I'm hesitant to buy until i know for sure.

I have a damper dudes 2 sheave, 3/8" bel damper that I bought from another GMC enthusiast to run on my 302, if I ever get a round toit. I can get info from the invoice if you are interested.

'57 GMC 102, Original 347 V8, HydraMatic, 3.08 rear gear, added A/C, disk front brakes, HEI, AFB carb, '98 Honda Black Currant paint. T-boned and totaled 10/12
'52 GMC 152 Stake Bed, Original 228, SM420, added A/C, HEI, disk front brakes, '67 Chev 3.55 rear gear. Gets used as a real truck.
