I don’t have power run to it so was thinking of just running a temp air line out to it with a regulator in the shed, how long of a run could I get a way with before running into air supply problems. My compressor is a newer 220 volt 80 gallon 2 stage. This would be used for fenders doors,

It depends on your paint gun CFM/pressure demand. You could also pipe directly to the compressor and put the regulator at the end of your pipe where you connect your final hose and paint gun. Don't try to run 3/8" ID hose at the lower pressure, because you'll likely run out of air. As a WAG, I'd say you could probably use a 3/4" pipe at tank pressure.
If you can tell us how far you need to run, and what your gun demands, I could probably give you a better estimate of size needed.

I was planing on running 100-125 psi from the compressor to the regulator. This is a temp set up so if I do this I wanted to run hose and paint and roll it up at the end of the day. Gun are all hvlp. Hose was thinking of 1/2”
