Couldn't find anything specific, most likely as can't figure out what GM used as a "name" for the part??? Any chance you can provide a large picture with more details of the "diagram" you posted as well as what book you got it from? Will see if I can do more checking tonight if you can add more details. That one has considerable wear on the end where the clutch rod attaches which can cause slop in the clutch operation.
