the prior insurance thread would not let me "reply", so here is a new recommendation. I have my 53 Chevy PU, 31 Model-A, and 64 Corvette insured thru the National Corvette Museum in Bowling Green, KY. They have agents on site that are very helpful. Call them at (877) 678-7626. They sell the Agreed Value policy. Also, don't be chincy on the BI & PD limits.

That thread was locked for a reason. You need to respect the site/moderators.

That's good info to know about the National Corvette Museum insurance deal. Who would have guessed? Glad to have the contact # too. Some may check it out. Perhaps this info will make its way into that Insurance thread. (Have inquired on this end!)

And adding to recommendations. If you have Allstate they will quote and manage Hagerty thru their systems so you can have a one stop shop.
I have Allstate and since it was a daily driver for the last 7+ years it was under my normal policy.
Just had them requote with all the recommendations given in the Tech Tip smile and I am more insured in Agreed value and same liability coverage and its costing me less with that on the Hagerty side.

Just a note to one and all that as was mentioned above, the previous "Insurance" thread was locked as that horse has been ridden to exhaustion and is now in a pasture far far away.

This "horse" is also being sent to the same pasture as the "Insurance" discussion in the General Truck Talk forum has been closed (unless HQ decides it should once again become active).

You may go visit the "closed" pasture and and sit on the fence, visiting with the horses and reading and reviewing everything that has been said to your hearts content.

If you want to further discuss the "Insurance" realm, please post in The Greasy Spoon.

Further threads on the topic posted in General truck Talk will be moved to the Spoon.

Best Regards,

Dan (GTT Moderator)
