Are the brake lines from a 60-62 different from a 66? I got to putting the pre bent kit on mine this weekend and its not matching up to what used to be there without major bending. My tags on the lines say 60-62.

Ferris,

Check out the attached pictures extracted from a Chevy Master Parts Catalog. The diagram provides the layout and ID of each brake line and the corresponding lists (by year) show the lengths of each brake line.

There is a definite difference between '60-'62, '63-'65 and again for '66 lengths.

I have to say that I never bought premade brake lines for anything in my life. Might be easier to buy what you need to make your own? Just a thought.

That may be the case. Money was not that bad for lack of a headache, but I got it anyway.
