Has anyone rebuilt these carbs yet? Two different kits are listed for these carbs at my FLAPS. Langdon’s provided materials say that the carbs originally were off of a 1983 Ford Escort are referred to as a Motorcraft or Weber 32 DFT. At $390 a piece for a rebuilt carb, I’ll be wanting to do it myself.
Langdon is apparently not around anymore, so I cannot ask him. He was quite helpful back in the day᠁.
Looking for the right rebuild kit to order.
Any info is appreciated! Thank you.

I asked him something about an HEI distributor I have a few months back, and I think it took him a week or two to reply, so if you're wanting to get this sorted out quickly, maybe don't put all your eggs in that basket... | | | | Joined: Dec 2008 Posts: 1,915 'Bolter | 'Bolter Joined: Dec 2008 Posts: 1,915 | Are your throttle shafts parallel or 90 degrees to the crank axis? | | | | Joined: Oct 2016 Posts: 916 'Bolter | 'Bolter Joined: Oct 2016 Posts: 916 | Are your throttle shafts parallel or 90 degrees to the crank axis? There are two versions of the carbs- the US and the California version. He said that the carbs in his conversion are the non-California carbs. I’ll probably just be ordering gaskets.
