My 3100 still has the original 3 speed transmission with a floor shifter. I believe at some point whatever bushing, padding or insulation there was between the floor pan and the top of the transmission housing was removed and not replaced as there is none there now. Wondering if anyone with a 3100 with the stock floor shifter could tell me what is missing and maybe provide a picture for illustration. Thanks, Ray Durham
