Hello: Several months ago I installed drivers door window, vent, and regulator. Works great, window easily rolls up and down. Yesterday I did the same to the Passenger Door. The window is very tight. Very hard to roll up and down. The regulator is good and actuated freely. There does not seem to be any meaningful adjustment on these windows. Any ideas why drivers window works great but passenger side is very hard to operate? Ideas to correct this? Thanks.

There is some adjustment on the bottom of the division bar between the vent window and the main window. The bolt is accessible thru the lower hinge access panel. Loosen it up and move the division bar forward a bit. You might have to loosen the vent window bolts as well.

I had a vent window ground by an auto glass shop recently with good results.
It can be done.

Okay. Division bar adjustment used up. Glass shop technician said he can't sand it because it is tempered, will explode. He said if it was laminated glass (like the vent windows), no problem. He said to spray with silicone. I did that and it helped somewhat. I don't know. Drivers side works fine and all the parts are the same, glass, felt, etc. Guess I will just live with it.
