What should the outside rear view mirrors look like?

What do you want them to look like? I used mirrors off an '80s truck for years. Now I'm rebuilding my '47 Panel truck I want something more original. Here are some pictures I found on-line. The passenger side has a bracket that looks like the one in the photo. I do not want a tiny round mirror on the end of a pole. The add picture does not have a passenger side, the driver side looks like a round one. I decided to get the typical truck mirror arms, but instead of the round mirrors offered, I went with the rectangular mirrors that supplier had available.
