Before installing for a test I was wondering if there is a good product to soak it in since it doesn't look like I can disassemble it.

It effectively dissolves 70 years worth of varnish clinging to the inside of original gas tanks in pterry short order, causing the varnish to collect down stream into the fuel pump, carburetor and valve guides, gumming everything up.

My last gum episode was in about 1969 on a customer engine swap. Looks like curtains for fuel pumps too,foreign junk has taken over,saw my pile of carburetors waiting for rebuilder core values to climb. | | |
