52 GMC 100 This feels like a silly question to ask, but I do not know where the location of the stop lamp switch is supposed to be mounted. The assembly manual says it is bolted to the toe panel, well those holes may have disappeared when I replaced the partial firewall and floorboard so can anybody describe or post a picture of where the stamp stop light switch is located? Does the replacement panel have the raised bump (which the switch is attached to) in place?

Sometimes you just have to laugh about it. I found the holes for the switch to mount on. I welded them up when I was welding all the other holes in the firewall. So I redrilled them and mounted the switch. Thanks for your help guys.
