No matter how tight I make mine it blows back to the window when I drive it. I think the mount I have is not the same as the original. I would greatly appreciate any help with this.

Essentially it tightens it up against the door portion of the hinge. They don't move, but then again, there looks to be a significant amount of surface rust on em helping out. One of them has what looks like aftermarket (but old) braces that run from near the outer edge of the mirror bracket back and bolt to the door. Another has a hole that is drilled and tapped in the door hinge bracket with a "set" bolt in it. That would be the best way to do it. I have a part that hooks to the hinge pin on the door. Then there are other pieces that don't seem to belong. Either way there is nothing that secures it tightly. If someone had a big bolt 41 to 46 cab mirror pic they can email to me so I know if I even have the right parts. The mirror is hooked to a piece that looks to need two bolt to mount onto something other that what it is hooked to. There seems to be another piece floating in the breeze that does nothing but scratch the hinge.
There are 2 holes in the hinge frame but nothing I have hooked to the mirror will fit the holes.

The top one may be like yours in that there are two holes in the bracket which here are used with set screws. This is probably the way to go for you. The lower one is also factory looking but using no set screws. It is also very tight. Are you sure you have plenty of threads on your "pin bolts"? maybe your nut is tight before they close up on the door portion of the hinge.. If you tighten them up good with plenty of thread they should not move.
