The Stovebolt Site Forums The Parking Lot Big Bolts another working big bolt siting

yesterday i attended the pennsylvania pump primers fire muster in harrisburg pa. at the intersection pulling in i noticed a nice looking big bolt sitting at the intersection across from me as i was pulling in with my rig. i was dumb founded because i knew the truck but i couldnt place from where.

at the registration stand i was talking to this person that looked familar too me and i had a breif conversation with him but still couldnt remember from where i knew this person.

during the awards ceremony when they called him out for an award is where i made the connection. it was none other than mike b with his 57 chevy/ john bean.

which then we walked back to the river and i showed him my 51 gmc heavy rescue which also won an award. he said he had a good time and i told him that id like to bump into him again south of the mason/dixon at a muster pumping event in the future.

congradulations mike on your award and glad you could make it to the finest antique fire muster on the east coast.

51 ashton, Congratulations to both you, & Mike B. You guys have some very nice trucks. I like Mike B.'s '56 Chevy Holmes Wrecker also.

I had a great time pumping and hanging out with some really nice people...it was a SHOCK to receive one of the 4 "Judge's Awards" as there were over 100 other nice trucks there.
