Did chevy trucks come with plain 15 inch 8 lug wheels back then? Just not a lot of 15 inch wheels around. A lot of 16 inch, and 16.5. You'll probably have to special order some that move the tread center way outboard. That does pretty radical things to steering geometry. There's just barely enough clearance for the drums with the straight-barrel 15" tube type wheels.
