I rewired my 53 ,3100 with a original wiring harness, everything works except these headlight, they are 3 prong plug in lights. They worked before i rewired truck, there is power to the wires?

Gotta have a good ground. Show us what plugs into that bulb connector. Show us the ground. Tell us what and how you checked for "power at the connector". Tell us what connector you checked and how you checked it.

Step 1: Bench check the new light and see if it functions. You can do that with a couple jumper wires and your battery. If the light works, then start at the connector where it plugs in and work your way back from there.
