Mine show full at the right side dot, but I can’t say if the sending unit is calibrated. When I approach the left dot, it’s time to get gas.
If you short across the two terminals on the sending unit, that should give you a full empty reading on your gauge, then you will know where the full empty reading is.

Nope, zero ohms is empty.

I want to thank you guys for all the input. I feel I finally have it all dialed in using an adjustable voltage drop resister. Filled the tank and made a slight voltage adjustment.

Chevy Darrin, Is that as far as your needle goes on a full tank?
If so, is the first dot Empty?

Otto, after I read your comment I went out in the garage, pulled the steering wheel more time and got the needle to move just about halfway over the full square and that’s all there is. I’m satisfied with the results.
