The clutch pedal in my '55 series II pickup is all wobbly ( side to side) and scrapes the metal floor board. Very annoying. Everything under hood seems tight. Is there a rubber insert for the hole in the floor so it tightens the pedal and stops the scraping?

Take a look at the pedal lever bushing area from under the truck while someone else wiggles the pedal for you. I'll bet your bushings need replacement.
The only other possibility is a loose bolt which holds the pedal rod to the pedal lever.

Part number for seal is shown in drawing.
Could also be loose nut on pedal assembly (upper).

Anyone who thinks its a good idea to spend the time and money with unbridled enthusiasm on this hobby (as we all do), suffers from that particular malfunction.
