There are some relatively narrow Grumman straight axle step vans out there as well as some 70s motor home straight axles that may work.
There has been some talk about bushing the kingpins to fit off a straight axle P30 or 3500HD. I'd like to give it a try, but I don't want to give up my truck for that long while a fabricator figures it out.
