Hello Stovebolters,
Just purchased this 47 GMC FC102.
I thought folks might find a couple of pics interesting of the custom wooden bed that the previous owner created. I'm planning on installing a heat shield over the exhaust tail pipe to protect the underside of the bed.

NICE! I currently have nothing, just the frame rails, on my 3800 and have been looking for a good DIY wood solution. This gives me ideas.....THANKS!
