No fabric left on either after all these years so what is visible is the so called corrugated metal. It appears that there is a staple or something holding them to the door about every 6" give or take. Will these be difficult to remove from the doors, are they just yanked out? Are the new replacements also secured in a similar way? I'm also assuming the new ones will need to be cut to length and bent to the proper shape. Any info. or suggestion, or advice on doing this job is appreciated.

The head will bury itself in the fabric and not interfere with the glass. Like the screw, they will bury in the felt.
