May 48 has no brake lights! I need to know where the wires connect from the brake light switch. I know one of them hooks to the fuse and the other (?) Does it connect to the dimmer switch?
Thanks in advance.

No. If it has turn signals in combination with stop lights it goes to the turn switch. If not it goes right back to the rear lights. Put a test light on the swtitch terms. One should be hot all the time. The other should light the light when the brakes are applied. If it doesn,t the switch is bad. If its good you will have to trace it.

They say money can't buy happiness. It can buy old Chevy trucks though. Same thing.

I knew that! It's been a long day and I can't think anymore. I'll start again tomorrow.
