Confusion with wiring from the 2 terminal brake light switch to the tail lights. One wire is the 12 voltage to switch. Not sure about the other wire. There is a turn signal. A basic drawing showing wiring might help me sort out the operation of the running lights, brake, and turning signal. Wire colors probably don't help as other owners have made changes prior to my owning the truck.
Here is a wiring Diagram for a a 7 wire United Pacific turn signal, which is very common in these old trucks.

Have you read the answers given to you two days ago in your other "electrical forum" post? (19 june 2022). It seems like this post is disconnected. It appears in General talk and then it doesn't. Something is wrong. James, stay in the electrical forum for electrical questions. Stay with your original post and monitor it every day. Keep asking questions there. Maybe the moderators have not finished correcting or maybe you are double posting. Can't tell. There are now two posts in electrical with the same heading and one in the general talk. This needs attention.
