I know this may not help your search but at last year's KC reunion I spotted this on a Doddle Bug in Mongo's yard. I'm not sure if he makes them, might be worth a try to contact him.

The toppers are out there but extremely hard to come by. Very limited run from many years ago.

There may be more things out there than we know. We may even have some stash in our HQ storage room (a/k/a box). John could know. At one point, we taking about "auctioning" off some of the stuff. Took it to GABfests instead. Lots of fun.

We had hoped to be able to have more available. (Hence the tip on how there were done.)
I have even been toying with the idea of having something else available (that does not require a size), that is easy to mail, not expensive to mail or purchase.

There are 3D printers out there now that print in metal. I met a guy at a car show who would make restoration parts for people that could actually be used - not just as templates or patterns.

Yes, the Stovebolt Toppers were a limited run. Over the years, we've had several folks get motivated to do more (differing design) but so far, nothing has come of it.
We're always open to the idea of another run of something similar (but not exactly alike so as to preserve the value of the first run ...).

One time set up fee $125 then $20 to $45 depending on amount ordered. Polishing and/or paint is extra.
