According to search of GM Master Parts Catalog data for a '38 1.5T, the following original GM "King Pin Kit" Part #s are what you can search for:

601019 - Standard sized complete king pin repair kit*

603538 - .010 oversize complete kit

604254 - .020 oversize complete kit

* The Filling Station carries a new replacement kit for this part number under their #FS-111 which appears to be in-stock.

Searches this morning showed a standard NOS 601019 available on fleabay (looked pretty complete) as well as a "partially complete" NOS 603538 oversize kit on fleabay too.

Hope this is helpful.

Dan, I went with Filling Station! Thanks. This was hard to find for some reason.

Glad I was able to help.

I often have to change the "words" I use when searching for things or info on line to find what I am looking for.

Can get frustrating at times.

Good luck on getting the front aligned.
