Hi all, as title.. heater hose is too small. And would kink. I need to go 180* then down on angle from that. Parts stores did have any formed hoses like that.. any help?

I use Cu pipe bends and straight stretches if necessary.

How about a gates 22373 or 21660? Depending on the rest of yoyr run, it might need spliced into something else, but they are 1.5" and have good sweeps.

Either soldered copper pipe, or CPVC plastic (the cream colored stuff) will handle cooling system pressure and heat. Then use short pieces of hose on both ends to connect to the radiator, water pump, or whatever else there is in the system.
