Hello:

I'm having troubles finding the cutout point gap and the airgap for the two regulators and the relay. Any help would be appreciated.

Rusty Rod can't help, but someone will be along in a bit that knows how to accomplish this task.

If not, maybe do a search and something will pop up.

Another quality post.

I have a Delco-Remy service manual from the early 1950's that will probably have that information. Is the regulator 6 or 12 volt?

A website search on that part number indicates that it's a 12 volt AIRCRAFT unit, with a 35 amp setting on the current regulator. It would be set up the same way as a regulator for an Oldsmobile, Buick, or Cadillac with the heavy duty generator. Make a couple more posts so you have access to the private message function of this site, send me a PM with your email address, and I can send you copies of the service manual pages that will give you a basic procedure and some generic specifications for setting those air gaps.

Thank you Jerry.

I would certainly appreciate the help. It will be nice to have a quality controller working correctly.

Thank you.
