I am trying to figure out which way to orient my front leaf springs on my 1951 1/2 ton Chevy pickup. The distance is 1/2 longer on one end from center bolt to center of eye. or maybe it doesn't matter as long as they're the same. Any help is greatly appreciated.

The front (shackle) end has a plain eye.
