i have a 61 stepside short bed. any one know what are the years the step is used on these trucks. is it on year only? or something like 55 to 66 thanks

My research tells me 55 (2nd series) to 66 should work. They made some changes in fender bolt spacing, angle strip bolt hole spacing, and some height changes but otherwise same.
