Figuring that the mfr didn’t put a mounting boss on the S10 tranny for no reason (and figuring if I install correctly with no prestressed on the mount) I wont add undue stresses, I picked up a cx1354 tubular crossmember for my 46 1/2 ton, tried a flange inside the frame mounted unit but interfered with my dual master and exhaust.
Looks to fit perfect in spread (slight trim req) and drop is right on, and misses the exhaust but don’t know what threading the S10 gearbox it tapped, threads look course, 3/8 kinda fits but is just loose & stops 14” in, 7/16 is big, thinking metric
Anyone happen to know what thread ottom of the gearbox is tapped? Using my Calculator tells me to try M10, save me multiple trips to the bolt store.

Just to follow up on crossmember install, 3 hours and done, it went in easy as it could have.
Used centering punch to mark the frame rails, drill and hang the bar, remove bar to drill thru bolts holding ends on.
1 washer to shim up the mount onto tranny. Cleared exhaust by an inch.
Bar came from summitracing (cx1354) + gm tranny mount.
