Hello,
I have a 58 chevy Apache 3600 with a napco 4x4 conversion. I am having problems finding some new tie rod ends that fit my truck. The problem is that it has a 1 ton suspension on a 3/4 ton pickup. It was a special order back in the day. I have the napco parts book but that doesn't seem to be any help cross referencing those numbers with new ones. If anyone could help me on where I can buy napco parts that would be greatly appreciated.

I found that getting parts for a NAPCO is usually a journey, especially the front end steering. I don't know much about the 1 ton NAPCOs, but here are some ideas:
- Obviously you can try the major suppliers, e.g., Jim Carter, but they usually are limited
- Try this this guy: https://lugoparts.com/Parts/ He does restoration and parts on NAPCOs, in the days when NAPCO4x4.org was working he was a major contributor. I have bought from him
- Also: https://www.facebook.com/NAPCO4x4/ They seem to be a vestige of the old NAPCO4x4 users group
- Take your tie rod ends to a expert at a parts store, e.g., NAPA, and sometimes they have a knowledgeable person that can "mic" the part and find it from a NAPA supplier
- Periodically parts come up on eBay, Craigslist, Facebook, etc.
- Deep internet searches, sometime you stumble upon somebody with the same problem as you and the remediation (e.g., the MOOG part number for the old NAPCO number)
For example, I found that a particular year(s) Ford transfer case rebuild kit with all the gears and bearings was 99% the the same as the Spicer 23 transfer case. The Ford kit was readily available. Another example, I found out the half ton NAPCO front brakes (1957 anyway) are are 1954 Studebaker Champion brakes (that is one reason I fabricated disc brakes for the front).
Just keep digging the parts are out there, but usually hard to find. I wouldn't surprised if you find a mother lode of one ton parts just sitting there, the half ton is much more popular.
Good luck.

Measure the threads and length, go to the MOOG or Dorman site and see the items available by dimension.
