The one pictured on the right has a lobe in the outer groove, which says NB1697C on the top of the picture. This is what I got and just like the picture the edge of the bearing says 614037. The other two, along with the old one that came out of the truck, do not have a lobe. Also the groove on the inside is not nearly as deep on the new bearing as the old one and seemingly on the other two pictured. Anyone have some info on this? It has probably been eliminated as a cost cutting measure. Unless the bearing gets rough, there won't be much movement with or without the anti-rotation feature. Put a little high temperature wheel bearing grease in the groove to make the carrier slide freely on the bearing retainer, but don't overdo it.

The one with the lobe has a slight groove. I saw in the book to grease the inner groove. I know I'm not building a space ship, but my curiosity has me peaked.
