Does anyone know of a good replacement master cylinder for this? My truck is stock and I intend to keep it that way.

Most vendors carry the master and there’s a good video on YouTube from Brothers Truck, that shows the installation. Dual Master ConversionThere is another for running the brake lines. Brake Lines
