I picked up a Mordrop 3" dropped axle from a forum member. I am installing it on my 57 3100 truck. . There are no real marks on it identifying a left or right side. Is there a difference or can it be installed either way?
The axel will have stop blocks on the backside where the turn stop adjustment bolts for the spindles meet.

Ok so I did take a look at my dropped Axel and realized that it doesn't matter front or back as both have the boss for the spindles.
What will determine front or back is the placement of the steering radius arms.
