Any grease that flows back into itself, grade 00 or 000. Or grade 2 gun grease mixed 50/50 with gear oil. Penrite steering gear lube also works. Removal from truck is best way to clean and adjust.
If you're looking for the correct gear oil, this just popped up on my Amazon recommendations. NGLI 00 gear oil

Thanks Tim, Some folks, including us up here in Alaska, don't have a Tractor Supply. But Amazon will ship (most things) nearly anywhere the USPS serves. I have my steering gear oil already, but wanted to give others another option.

I wasn't looking at the price, but that is a lot. Amazon isn't necessarily known for their "deals".
I've had miserable luck with NAPA's search. It comes up with totally unrelated items. If I search for "gear oil" with my truck highlighted, it gives me the following: Timing Gear set Air Conditioning Flush Solvent - R134a and R12 - 1 qt (guaranteed to fit your vehicle) - It has no AC. Pitman Arm Shaft Seal - Manual Steering Air Conditioning Flush Solvent - R134a and R12 - 1 qt (different brand than the above, but for 3+ times the cost).
If I change to universal items, I get 707 items to wade thru.
I had to search by the PN of the product that you posted to find it. Surprisingly, it's in stock, but they didn't have the 90 wt GL-4 I was looking for the other day that the website said was in stock.
Anyway, that's a good find.

Is the corn head grease no longer a preferred solution?
Probably fine to use. The Lubrication recommendations in the service manual are pretty wide open. So lots of options.
