I’ve included s’more pictures of my misaligned door. The front belt line and a view from the back of the cab. Plus the top right corner.
As I said the door closes but with a bit of a slam.

Your door needs to come up in the opening, both front and rear. Do that before you start modifying hinge bolt holes.
