This picture is for Robby45, these "fender extensions" should be body color, in your case green. The other picture is my 1946 GMC.

Robby i would suggest checking some pictures of a 1945 chevy. Some cars do have these fender extensions as Black, others have it as green. Also some do have a two tone colour with the part on the fender Black and around the hood green.
