I have a 3 speed transmission in my 46 1/2 ton. Notice that the bearing cover has been wielded and can not find a replacement. Will a 4 speed cover fit?
We are getting a noise that sounds like the through out bearing but the bearing is new. Any thoughts?
Thank you.

There should be about .750” clutch pedal movement before throw out bearing is engaged, if not, bearing will always be engaged and wear quickly.
