Have a 49 4100 and was cable park brake one time. Cables are cut, and I see no way to connect to back plate and brakes. Think someone changed rears in this truck. SO....wish to put the park brake on trans, like most big rigs have. SM420 trans, need all the parts, and rear cover of trans, maybe the lever to put in my truck. My lever pulls a rod to the frame x-over, may still be able to use same lever, not sure. Will need the rear yoke and 4-stud part to mount the drum also.
I have a 420 with output parts for a torque-tube and could trade these for brake parts maybe??? Pretty hard and expensive to ship whole trannies, I have done that in past. I can pay shipping both ways for correct parts.
