There was a post awhile back about shifting a 2spd rear axle..Can't seem to find it..My brother bought a C60 dump truck with a 2spd axle, and I tried to explain to him how to shift it, but I guess I'm not getting though..Anyway the post that was on here explained it perfectly, and would like to print it out so he will understand..Would appreciate it, Steve

Well I dont know about that post but heres how I do it. Start out in either first or second low. Release
the clutch then when the engines wound out flip the selector switch to high then release the gas pedal count 1, 2, then get back on the gas. If it doesnt shift rev it up a little. Then when your in the high
side and your ready to from 2hi to 3lo You shift the two speed to low then let up off the gas and shift the tranny to 3rd and it should go right in. Now if your pulling a hill in say 4hi and you want to go to 4lo you flip the selector from hi to lo and wait just a second then let off the gas count 1,2, rev it just a little and it will slip right in. The best thing to do is get out and drive it and start in 1st and go all the way thru the gears. I wont take lond and youll be splitting those gears like crazy. Thanks Chris

Most trucks had instructions on a plate/sticker right on dash or on the sun-visor above. Check around in cab again. Owner's manual also. It in glovebox?
