Here I am again. Just brought home a replacement engine for my cracked block. Serial number.AD884366, casting number 889400. I believe it is a 41 but was told it was a 46 216.. it looks like the casting is a 41 but can not find anything on a seria number starting with AD? HELP PLEASE. Engine is on a stand. Serial number is clear except for the last number ?.and I read it several times.
Thank you3

Not to old yet Better see about fixing your cracked block if you know it's OK ,those old castings can disapoint you other ways. Depends on the crack damage, lot of options out there.
