I put an additional ground wire to block from battery and left the frame ground. Is there a problem when you use two ground wires ?

Two more connections to get loose, corrode, and cause problems. Put the heavy ground cable to the engine block to carry starter current, and use smaller ground straps to the cab, frame, and bed for good lighting and other lower current circuits.
