I am taking apart the doors on my 52 GMC and I don't know what this is[ see picture ]. Does it stay in the door or do the new channels that I will be purchasing come with this corrugated looking piece? Paul
That's the window channel, and it looks like it has lost all the fabric covering (pretty typical) and needs to be replaced. That's what you'll be purchasing. Be sure to save the clips (one can be seen on the right of your photo.
