It's always at the Monroe county Fairgrounds on the West side of town, right off of M-50.

Happy New...Year! I'm really hoping some of the popular swap meets are able to be back on schedule. I'll have to search out the events scheduled in all the Great Lakes states and go meet more Bolters.

Thanks for the dates keithfielder.

Dad and I went to the "Detroit Swap Meet" in Novi last weekend. Not a very big swap meet, but I still managed to pick up a few items.
We usually attend the Monroe Swap Meet, so I'm sure we will hit that again this year.
Also looking at the Kalamazoo Swap Meet February 4th-5th. I've never been, but my Dad says its a pretty good size show.
Here are a few upcoming:

--Saginaw Swap Meet January 30th at McDonald GMC-Cadillac
--Lima, OH Swap Meet January 30th at the Allen County Fairgrounds
--Kalamazoo Swap Meet February 4th-5th at Kalamazoo Expo Center and Fairgrounds

Dad and I made it to the Monroe Swap Meet. We then took a trip over to Summit Racing in Ohio to pick up some items for the 54'.
I believe the next event on the calendar is the Fowlerville Swap Meet April 30th.

Yesterday was the Belleville swap meet ,not like it used to be
Maybe 1/3 of the vendors,no car show , 6 cars for sale in car corral
They were saying they might not have it there anymore
Wayne county doubled the price and closed all bathrooms
They have to find another place
To bad that was a good spot .

I've never been to the Belleville SwapMeet, but sounds too bad that it has shrunk and is in danger of going obsolete.
Yesterday was a car show and swapmeet at the old Packard Proving grounds in my neck of the woods, but unfortunately I wasn't able to make it.
The next events/shows/swap meets on my list are below...not sure what all I will be able to make it to, but chime in if anyone is going.

--July 23rd--Somernites Cruise Truckin' Nationals in Somerset, KY (Not Great Lakes, but a close neighbor...)
--August 6th--Midwest Truck Nationals and Square Body Farm Gathering in Richmond, IN
--August 13th--Gasoline Alley car show and swapmeet in Utica, MI
--August 20th--Hoosier GM Truck Show in Sullivan, IN
--August 28th--Monroe SwapMeet at the Monroe, MI County Fairgrounds
--August 28th--Cruisin' Hines Park in Westland, MI

I broke down Tom's list into individual posts in Great Lakes so you are can respond and coordinate.
