This gathering will be way different than meeting at the show. It will be very fluid and may change at any time.
Friday evening should be at Mongo's Garage for hot dogs and to plan on the events Saturday. (That is when the Head Council will meet). Be there and you will be part of the leadership team!
Camera's are one of the requirements to be on the team and know how to use them. Oh, and Alvin will supply the Pepsi for the dogs.
Saturday; Be back at Mongo's by 8:30 am and be ready to attend attend a Boy Scout Flag Retirement Ceremony. It will be held about 5 minutes away at 9am.
If you don't make that, we will be gathering at the garage after 10 am. Then is when the schedule gets really fluid!
For the guys, Compression test on a GMC 292, how to clean fouled spark plugs, how to determine the rear end ratio and maybe a paint less hail damage repair.
And whatever else someone wants to work on, to get or share some knowledge.
For our better half's, bring any craft you make or something you like and share with others. Vicki will have a tub full of her crafts.
If someone knows their way around KC, maybe a trip to the City Market to do some shopping, sight seeing. (The guys will be busy in the garage)

Smoked pulled pork, smoked baked beans and yet a mystery dish for the Saturday afternoon/evening meal.
Vicki will also have her made from scratch cookies.
We'll have a cooler full of water and another cooler of adult beverage.

The address for the shop is 800 S Delaware St., Independence, MO 64050, Delaware is a dead end street and I'm at the very end, so just about the time you think your lost there is a Red Ag gate on the left and the driveway goes down the hill to the shop. Once the lower lot is full folks can park in the grass half way down the drive on the left. What other details do we need to figure out?
Also I've invited the members of the truck club, Jim Carter, and some of the Firetruck & ATHS guys.
