I was wondering if anyone has done air ride on the rear on a c-50? Previous owner removed a lot of springs in the rear and its really rough with no load so i was thinking of a 4 link set up to smooth it out. I have a few vehicle on air but never done something on this large.
Reyco Granning makes air ride for medium duty trucks. If you are going to run 22.5 singles you could use a larger truck air ride. I have so many of them laying around that I sell them for scrap iron.
I put an International air ride from a 2007 Ford F-650 on the rear of my 1966 C-60. I used the two air tanks that came with it and two VAIAIR air compressors

Do you have anymore pics? What is used for the trailing arms?
International used the same air ride from the mid 80's until 2003. It worked well and they are around every where. Hendrickson built one very similar to it. Here is a drawing of the IH corporate air ride.
Here is a parts breakdown of what International used 2003 until present. There are lots of them around too. I have about a dozen of them. They are very similar to Freightliner's Airliner. We replace the main bushing and the track rod about every 500,000 miles.
